Simple instructions, but super challenging to stay true to it on a day to day basis.
I find that if you don't set up expectations you enjoy the process of your task at hand. Not to say that you shouldn't have visions of an ultimate goal. How you attain that vision/goal doesn't matter as long as you get there.
