- When deciding how many portable toilets to order, use the following chart. Based on number of people and the hours of the event, it will give you the recommended number of toilets:
- If food is being served at your event, consider adding hand sanitizer or a hand washing stations from us as well as toilets.
- If you can't be on location when your units are delivered, be sure to include maps of where you want the toilets placed. Try a site like Google Earth or Windows Live Local.
- When deciding where to place your units, be sure to remember that the location must be accessible to a truck.
- Also, carefully consider the size of the unit you have chosen. If the unit is a portable toilet, the ground must be relatively flat and you generally don't want to place them near food or refreshments. If the unit chosen is a trailer, consider what will be adjacent to it when it is being delivered and maneuvered by a truck to fit in to the space.
- When placing your order, be sure to give a cell phone number, so we can contact you if there are any problems when delivering your units.
- If you are having your event at a public place, you should always check to see if you need permits. Start with the governing body of where the event will take place, such as the municipal office if the event is to be held in a town park. You may need to speak with the parks & recreation department, zoning department or possibly the health department.
