Pep talk in every drop

            It is that time of the year when the weather doesn't’t know whether it wants to be hot or cold. Of course, Mother Nature’s indecisiveness has everyone waking up with a sore throat and a runny nose. Although it may be just a sore throat or runny nose, these symptoms tend to impact your day a great deal. Thank goodness for the creative minds at Halls. Not only do they provide us with an amazing product, but they also know how to boost our self esteem. I’m talking about the ingenious ‘Pep talk in every drop’ idea. Now, if you haven’t experienced a pep talk from a cough drop yet, let me explain the experience to you.

            Imagine you’re at work.  You woke up that morning not feeling so great and having all of the pre-cold symptoms. A co-worker offers you a cough drop and you thankfully accept. You eat the cough drop without a second thought and then you begin to look at the wrapper and realize something. Not only is the wrapper made to wrap the cough drop, but the wrapper ‘talks’ to you. You read things like ‘Don’t waste a precious minute’ and ‘You've survived tougher’; suddenly, you feel better and ready to take on the day.
