The first thing you can do is make sure that our driver has enough space to bring the portable toilet to your desired spot. Also, try to pick a spot for the toilet that is not on grass; if it is on the grass it is more difficult to get the toilet to your desired location.

Next, make sure you give us an accurate number when you place your order, that way if our driver has any questions, they can simply give you a call and your rental can be delivered on time.

Also, when placing your order, if possible, give us your cross street. This is a huge help for our drivers and their quest to find your home.

If you are going to have the toilet for months at a time, make sure that the driver has enough room to fit a small truck to get to the toilet. This is necessary to service the toilet on a monthly basis.
