I thought it was amusing

So in the blogging world, there is a game going around called "Me in Pictures" where you go to flickr.com and answer questions about yourself with the first picture that pops up.

For example:

So I was playing on Flickr this weekend, and I typed in Portable Toilet (my job) and what came up:

Apparently, It is very cool to pose with the A Royal Flushes!! This girl had a couple of pictures of our toilets. So then, I typed Royal Flush in the search box and after I got past all the poker pictures, I found these:

(This is the best one, personal opinion!!)

There was actually a lot more pictures of our toilets, but I couldn't put them all in here. I guess I just never knew how cool we are!!

Tulare Co. investigates 2 major farm-related thefts

Two major farm-related thefts are under investigation by the Tulare County Agriculture Crimes Unit, Tulare County sheriff's deputies said.

On Tuesday, investigators were dispatched to Valvov and Sons Farms south of Corcoran, where 11 radiators and two batteries were stolen from tractors. The amount of the loss was estimated at $17,550.

The theft is believed to have occurred between 7 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.

And in the Strathmore area, investigators are looking into the theft of a trailer loaded with two yellow portable toilets and approximately 40 ladders. The amount of the loss in that case was estimated at $8,000.

The trailer was parked near Road 220, north of Avenue 196.

You have to wonder what the theifs are going to do with two portable toilets and 40 ladders?? I have to believe there was something better they could have taken!

Kenny Movie

This weekend was great because I got to see the movie Kenny at the Philadelphia Film Festival. Let me tell you, this movie is hysterical. There was the typical potty humor, but the best part of the movie is Kenny himself. He is so honest, with this dry sense of humor that I laughed through the entire movie. Also, this movie really humanizes our industry, at times showing the abuse that Kenny, a service driver, receives from customers and from everyday people using the portable toilets at events.

The best part of the movie is when Kenny leaves Australia for the first time in his life, to go to Nashville for the Pumper show. His trip there is hysterical, because he has never been on a plane before. He stretches in the aisle, gives his business card to anyone who looks at him and takes apart the airplane toilet to see how it works. It was so funny!

If you get a chance to see this movie, definitely do it. You will really enjoy yourself.

General Ideas

When we originally started this blog, the idea was to keep our customers informed and to allow new customers to become aware of our services. I feel like we have gotten away from that lately, so I am coming to you for help.

I would appreciate if people who read this blog, can leave comments telling me what they are looking for, why they came to our site and what they are interested in hearing about. I know readers are out there, my stat counter says so!!

In my personal blogging attempts, I really enjoy interaction with fellow readers and I love hearing their comments. That is why I blog. We are not getting that same response through this site, so I hope we can change that. Please let me know what you think. I really want to hear from you!
