Rules of Event Ordering

Here are some basic rules and tips for ordering portable toilets for events.

  1. The general rule of thumb is to order one portable toilet for every 100 people you expect to show up.
  2. If you are serving food and drinks at your event (especially alcohol), order extra toilets.  I would say one toilet for every 75 people in that case.
  3. If you are ordering more than one toilet, consider ordering a handicap accessible toilet.  Not only are they wheelchair accessible, but they also have a hand rail (good for elderly people) and they are much larger than a standard portable toilet.  This means a mom can go in with her children, etc.
  4. When you are serving food, being able to wash your hands is a must.  Either order hand sanitizer in each toilet or order a hand washing station.  Our hand washing stations come with two heads, so multiple people can use them at the same time.  The sinks work off a foot pump and we provide soap and paper towels.

These are just some basic tips that will help make your event better!  Stay tuned for more tips from us later on this week!
