Under the Sea!

Have you ever been in a submarine? Well, if you haven't there is a perfect place for you in Groton, CT. 

The Submarine Force Library and Museum, not only features everything there is to know about submarines, but they have an actual historic submarine, the Nautilus, that you can explore. 

The Museum was founded in 1969 and has many displays to  enjoy. The museum itself features an exhibit area and medal of honor galley. In the exhibit area, you can find many picture, models and full sized equipment from the Submarine Force's past. You also have the opportunity to go into an actual submarine and get a feel for what it felt like living under water.
